Britney Spears‘lawyer is calling BS about her former business manager, claiming the owners of the company lied about their participation in a conservatorship role, and that’s why they object to the forged important documents about his or her conduct.
Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart. that they are not involved in the creation of the conservatorship. Rosengart notes… just before Jamie Spears went to court and became a temporary conservator for his daughter, he borrowed a minimum of $40,000 from Tri Star, which at the time was a relatively obscure company and had no other celebrities. .
Rosengart believes money is tied… that Jamie will get the money and Tri Star will get Britney’s business. The attorney has said before that this alleged conduct is highly suspicious if not incorrect, and that he wants Tri Star to produce all documents related to the matter, but Tri Star wants a The judge blocked that move.
Britney’s attorney noted the owner of Tri Star, Lou Taylor, was reported to have said her company “did not have any role in creating a regulatory body for Britney Spears.” Taylor’s associates, Robin Greenhillsaid in an affidavit, “At the time of conservatorship … established by this Court in early 2008, Tri Star had no role in Ms. Spears’ cases.”
Rosengart says that’s just untrue, pointing to an email Lou Taylor sent to Jamie in January 2008, weeks before conservatorship was established, in which she wrote, “he [attorney Andrew Wallet] and the tri star will act as a colleague of [i.e., co-conservators] Taylor wrote another email to another attorney before the conservatorship was established, saying, “I look forward to working with you.”
And, there’s this… one of Jamie’s attorneys emailed Taylor before going to court and creating a temporary conservatorship, saying, “We’ve had an issue with [the] judge selection… the only judge who can hear our case on Friday is a drug [sic] who won’t give Jamie the right to use psychotropic drugs. “
Rosengart noted that in the course of running the management rights, Tri Star took a 5% cut of whatever Britney did, and that amount amounted to more than $18 million. He also said that Tri Star’s celebrity clientele – including members of the Kardashian family and Travis Scott – built on the foundation of a Britney Spears.
And, Rosengart wants documents to identify Tri Star’s role, if any, in secretly spying on Britney’s communications, including her text messages. Of course, the attorney also wanted to review Tri Star’s communications with Jamie Spears regarding the latter’s conduct in conservatorship.
The judge has yet to make a ruling on whether Tri Star must examine the document.
