A massive manhunt is underway after two congressmen were shot during a chase with a stolen vehicle in Bibb County, Alabama, on Wednesday afternoon. Learn more in the video above. The suspect, Austin Hall, 26, is still an adult. Many law enforcement agencies are assisting in the raids. Hall has a very long criminal history dating back to 2012, including assault, burglary, attempted evasion, property theft and wounding a police officer, according to court records.
