One of the images uploaded to Instagram appears to be a discharge note from the hospital’s emergency department. It described Johnson as an “adult victim of physical abuse by a male partner” and “assaulted by strangulation.”
According to the document, her diagnosed injuries included a closed fracture of her nose bone, contusion of her ribs, multiple bruises, and a neck strain.
In the Instagram post, Johnson also said she was “frightened and heartbroken for my kids who have witnessed everything.”
Johnson’s husband, Bridges, 24, was arrested and charged in Los Angeles on Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Bridges was “arrested for felony violation 273.5(a) Penal Code, Intimate partner violence with injury” in connection with a June 27 incident, according to an update released Thursday. Six.
