Police said the baby was being held by his mother when he was shot in the arm.
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) – Police have identified a suspect wanted for a shooting during a wedding ceremony at a home in Kensington that injured a 10-month-old baby.
Santos Diaz, 45, allegedly opened fire outside a home on the corner of Eastern Ontario and Emerald streets around 10:40 a.m. Sunday.

The baby was being held by his mother when a bullet entered his arm.
The baby girl was taken to St. Christopher, where she was placed in a stable condition.
The baby’s mother was not injured.
Police said a 17-year-old man suffered a leg injury but he did not require medical attention.
“This individual was part of the rally,” said Lieutenant Robert Brockenbrough of the Philadelphia Police Department. “There’s a lot of gun violence in Philadelphia, so you just have to be careful. This started as a friendly gathering and escalated to this point.”
Anyone with information about Diaz’s whereabouts is asked to call Philadelphia police at 215-686-TIPS.
