Without a doubt, we all know what snacking is. There is an entire industry that provides food for our snacking, snacking, grazing and chewing. Call it what you like, but we’re talking calories.
Enter exercise snacks.
It directly appeals to our feeling of wanting to do something positive for our health and helps fill the empty spaces of the day with snacks and exercise instead of snacking – and you don’t need 1/ 2 hours for exercise.
